...zatvitternul prezidenta?"

Twitter logos ...and what - see below - about that other popular online medium, Twitter? Rumour has it that Medvedev not only started a Livejournal blog, but also started Twittering (for those who missed "the Twitter revolution": watch this video). Exactly what his Twitter address is, proved not so easy to find out. In searching for it I was linked, first, to a d_medvedev account that has been suspended 'due to strange activity', then to a ru_medvedev account - which consists of a page that looks official, but has only one follower. Allegedly, the last page was launched by a Kremlin fan who enjoys posting news in Medvedev's name and is willing to donate his account to Mr. President at any time.No Twittering Medvedev so far, then. Unless, ofcourse, I missed some recent Twitter-Medvedev facts? Comments warmly welcomed.Whatever the exact "Twitter status" of the president is, looking for his account was worth it, if only for the exhilarating range of neologisms that I learnt along the way. "Zatvitternut'", "zafolouvat'", "tvitteriane": Russian users toy with Twitter terms in gorgeous compound words. At the moment, Google gives 26 hits for the Cyrillic version of "tvitternut'" - betcha that number will be at least tenfold in a month or so?ER
